Commercial HVAC across six sectors where uptime and compliance aren’t negotiable: aviation, data centres, logistics, hotels, healthcare, offices.
Some buildings can’t afford a failure. A cooling fault in a data hall, a screening line stopped at an airport, a ward that drifts out of specification — these aren’t inconveniences, they’re events with a cost attached. We work in the commercial HVAC sectors where uptime, compliance and getting it right first time aren’t negotiable, and we bring the same standard to every one of them. Seven trades, delivered in-house by our own engineers, so one contractor stays accountable from survey to sign-off. There’s no blame-chain between separate firms when something needs fixing. You can see the full trade list on our services page.
This is where we cut our teeth. Airports run around the clock, and the security and operational constraints are unlike anywhere else — you work to the airport’s rules, on the airport’s timetable, or you don’t work at all. We hold airside signatory status and driving permits in our own name across all three Heathrow airports. Our flagship work includes cooling for Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) systems and repairing Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) units that feed conditioned air to parked aircraft. British Airways, American Airlines and Heathrow are among the clients we deliver for. Read more on aviation and airports.
Guests notice comfort and never see the plant, which is exactly how it should be. Guest rooms, restaurants, bars and commercial kitchens each need a different answer — quiet, controllable cooling in bedrooms; heavier-duty ventilation and extract where food is served and cooked. Commercial kitchens bring in two more of our trades directly — plumbing and catering equipment — so the kitchen fit-out and the cooling and ventilation around it get planned by one team, not handed between contractors who’ve never spoken. The harder part is doing the work without disrupting guests or taking rooms out of service, so we work floor by floor and out of hours. Fortnum & Mason and WHSmith are among our hospitality and retail clients. More on hotels and hospitality.
