We hold the accreditations a commercial client should expect to see before a contract is signed: F-Gas certified, SafeContractor approved, Constructionline Gold and NICEIC Approved Contractor for our commercial electrical work. SafeContractor and Constructionline Gold are the independent checks most main contractors and facilities teams ask for before they’ll let anyone on site. F-Gas certification covers the safe handling of refrigerants, and NICEIC approval means our commercial electrical work is checked against the wiring regulations. We’re a Daikin D1 installer, Daikin’s highest tier, which means extended manufacturer warranties on Daikin kit, and a Mitsubishi approved partner. You can see the full set on our accreditations page.

Arctic Cooling is cleared to work airside at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted. The airside signatory status, airside driving permits and engineer passes are held directly in our own name, not borrowed through a third party. That matters because airside is one of the most controlled working environments in the country. Every engineer is vetted, every vehicle permitted, every job planned around live operations that never pause.
Our flagship airside work includes cooling and HVAC for Hold Baggage Screening at Heathrow, across multiple contracts, and repairing the Pre-Conditioned Air units that feed conditioned air to parked aircraft.
